  • Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR)
    We are seeking a dedicated individual that is enthusiastic about the role insurance plays in helping people manage everyday life risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams. Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service Service accounts by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification Resolve emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency Troubleshoot and further investigate if additional information is needed to resolve customer complaints Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options Manage large amounts of incoming calls and customer walk-ins Maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success every single day Requirements/Qualifications Current Property & Casualty Insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire High school diploma or equivalent - associate or bachelor’s degree preferred At least 1 year of customer service experience Dedicated to customer service Preferred Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate active listening skills Self-motivated, detail oriented, and punctual Ability to work in a team environment Advanced computer skills Superb multi-tasker that works well under pressure Proactive in problem solving Ability to effectively relate to a customer Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required Benefits 37.5 Hour Work Week – No Weekends Paid Training Simple IRA w/ Company Match Paid Holidays Paid Time Off
